A request for such data must be made in person or in writing and sent to Algotech, Inc. or by e-mail. If possible, please specify the type of data you are interested in so that our response meets your expectations.

Algotech, Inc. must be able to verify your identity.

Your request must not violate the rights and freedoms of others.

Right to rectification of incorrect or incomplete personal data

You have the right to object to the inaccuracy or incompleteness of your personal data processed by Algotech, Inc. If it becomes apparent that the personal data is incorrect, the DSP has the right to have the incorrect data removed, corrected or completed in an appropriate manner.

We recommend that you notify us immediately of any changes to your personal data, in particular changes to your name, address, etc.

Please send your notification in writing or by e-mail.

Please be as specific as possible when exercising this right.

Right to data portability

Requests for such data must be made in writing and sent to Algotech, Inc. or by e-mail. If possible, please specify the type of data you are interested in so that our response meets your expectations.

This right applies where the processing of the data is based on your consent or on a contract signed by you and where the data is processed automatically (e.g. it is not a paper record).
